So, that was Summer 2021, a few blinks and you missed it here in Hertfordshire. Having said that though Autumn is my favourite season when those russet tones surface from the wardrobe and more importantly the time to unearth my vest collection!!
New season means change around time in the Boutique. 12 years old this month and I still feel I can adapt and enhance your shopping experience. I really hope you will like the changes I have made.
The collaborations continue with my artisan family and the crafters never fail to make me smile on the arrival of another batch of goodies. Such talent shown by all. You can now find all the craft items in one area of the store which is so much easier but just as hard to choose!!
I am looking forward to some new products from the wonderful Peppermint Grove and Moss St brands. I was fortunate enough to test some samples earlier this week and cannot wait to show these new pieces to you from October onwards. Their products not only make an affordable treat for yourself but also a fabulous gift idea for that event happening in December maybe?!
Talking of which the fabulous Gisela Graham brand is not going to disappoint this year despite all the shipping issues being experienced generally in the UK. A recent trip to their London showroom still had that WOW factor and I am looking forward to unpacking lots of goodies in the coming weeks.
For the second year running I am proud to be involved in “Second-hand September” whereby everyone is encouraged to refrain from buying new for the month of September to help reduce unnecessary carbon emissions. My preloved Autumn clothing and accessories collection is building nicely now to tempt you in. There are some great individual pieces all reasonably priced of course.
This year I am pleased to say Dacorum council are helping promote the event locally. As life starts to return to more like old times, I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported me during these last 18 months. Without you I do not have a business and even if you aren’t able to pop in, just sharing a post or recommending the boutique is just wonderful. I am so grateful to each one of you.

The posts on the Instagram and Facebook pages are much admired not only by myself but many of my regular clients who often secure great buys as a result.
